We'll be starting with very simple music. Most likely at a grade 1 level.

Supplementing this will be various tonal exercises (Bach chorales, scales, etc).

I'd love for you to learn a simple march, Broadway musical medley, and some sacred music. Seasonal favorites will be on the list.

Performances

This is not a performance band. We'll be rehearsing for the sake of learning.

But it is always fun to “show off” from time to time. Some concerts at Christmas time at a seniors' lodge, a few tunes in the park during the summer? When you're ready, and not before.
