In May/2016 I had to dump hostmantis.com. They suffered from a multi-day DDoS attack. And, yes, that can happen to anyone. But, IMHO, they handled it very poorly. Didn't do enough updates via email, Twitter or Facebook to their clients. Just a once-per-day “we're working on it, be patient” posting. And, then, a email message saying all was well. And it was. For about one hour. Goodbye hostmantis.
