Hate to sound really old on this page. But, let's start off with Buddy Holly who was one of the guys who started it all. And, then we can add in Jerry Lee Lewis.

Just like everyone else, I have about a million recordings by The Beatles. I was talking to someone about why they were so successful. Easy: they had a lot of talent and worked very, very hard.
